Creamy Cucumber Salad
Ingredients:
2-3 Medium cucumbers
1/2 Cmall red onion
1/2 cup sour cream (or plain yogurt)
1-2 tablespoons fresh dill (or 1tsp dried)
Instructions
2–3 medium cucumbers, thinly sliced
½ small red onion, thinly sliced (or use extra green onions)
½ cup sour cream (or mix with a bit of plain yogurt)
1–2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped (or 1 tsp dried)
1 tablespoon vinegar or lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: a pinch of garlic powder or minced garlic
Toss everything together in a bowl. Let it sit 10–15 minutes in the fridge for flavors to meld. It’s light, creamy, and refreshing—classic with pierogies!
