Keller Easter Ham

Instructions

  1. Let ham come to room temperature. Approximately 90 – 120 minutes.

  2. Preheat the oven to 250F

  3. Wrap the roast in tin foil and place on a baking sheet. (I found very little liquid was released and the cookie sheet with low sides worked just fine)

  4. Cook the ham in the oven for approximately 15-20 minutes per lb. 

  5. Remove the ham when the internal temperature reads 100-110F. 

  6. Let rest for at least 30 minutes. 

  7. Slice and serve

Our ham options are already pre-cooked and will just need to be reheated.
