Keller Easter Ham
Instructions
Let ham come to room temperature. Approximately 90 – 120 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 250F
Wrap the roast in tin foil and place on a baking sheet. (I found very little liquid was released and the cookie sheet with low sides worked just fine)
Cook the ham in the oven for approximately 15-20 minutes per lb.
Remove the ham when the internal temperature reads 100-110F.
Let rest for at least 30 minutes.
Slice and serve
Our ham options are already pre-cooked and will just need to be reheated.
